Remove/Install Soft Top Hydraulic Pump - AR77.37-P-1000LWR

	Risk of injury  to skin or eyes from hydraulic fluid spraying out under pressure. Risk of poisoning  from swallowing hydraulic fluid.	Depressurize hydraulic system completely before starting any work on it. Wear protective clothing and safety glasses.	AS00.00-Z-0013-01A
	Remove/install
1	Open trunk lid
2	Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (min. 2 m)	After a waiting time of min. 20 s the hydraulic is depressurized.
3	Remove left luggage compartment lining		AR68.30-P-4800LWR
4	Remove paneling from spare wheel well
5	Separate electrical connections (1)
6	Remove bracket (2), unscrew nuts (3) and lay bracket (4) down to side with electrical lines connected
7	Remove soundproofing (5) from soft top control hydraulic unit (A7/5)
8	Expose electrical lines from soft top control hydraulic unit (A7/5)
9	Disconnect hydraulic lines from soft top control hydraulic unit (A7/5)		AR77.37-P-1000-04LWR
		Bolt, connection plate to hydraulic unit	*BA77.37-P-1002-01D
		Record plug	Fig 1
10	Remove soft top control hydraulic unit (A7/5) from vehicle	The hydraulic pump is integrated into the soft to control hydraulic unit (A7/5) and cannot be replaced separately.
11	Install in the reverse order
12	Check oil level in soft top compartment hydraulic unit (A7/5), correct		AR77.37-P-3501LCA
