	Remove/Install
1	Discharge air conditioning system.	Evacuate air conditioning system, refill and check for leak tightness.	AR83.30-P-1760LW
2	Remove front bumper.		AR88.20-P-2000LW
3	Remove additional radiator for low-temperature circuit.	Model 205, 253 with Engine 264 with Code B01 (48V technology)	AR09.41-P-3001MRI
4	Remove cold air intake(13).
5	Remove insert fasteners (14).
6	Remove bolts (16, 17) and remove diagonal strut (15).	Bolt, strut to soundproofing	*BA62.30-P-1004-01H
		Bolt, strut to cross member	*BA62.30-P-1003-01H
7	Unscrew screws (19, 20) and remove diagonal struts (18).	Model 205 with Engine 264 Bolt, strut to soundproofing	*BA62.30-P-1004-01H

8	Release and disconnect electrical connection (3).
9	Remove lower air duct segment (2).
10	Release and disconnect electrical connector (6).
11	Remove nut (4), remove refrigerant line (5) and seal openings using suitable stop plugs. Compressor oils (specification 362.1)	Replace seal. Moisten sealing ring with compressor oil.	BB00.40-P-0362-01A

12	Remove nut (7), remove refrigerant line (8) and seal openings using suitable stop plugs. Compressor oils (specification 362.1)	Replace seal. Moisten sealing ring with compressor oil.	BB00.40-P-0362-01A

13	Release locks (10, 11) in direction of arrow and route condenser (1) downwards.	Carefully guide out condenser (1). Otherwise condenser (1) or adjacent components may be damaged. Swivel condenser (1) downwards slightly to extend it on the left-hand side.
	Check
14	Check condenser (1) for damage.	If damage is present, ↓ replace condenser (1).
15	Check receiver drier for re-usability.	If one of the following conditions is fulfilled: Vehicle is more than 5 years old, refrigerant is contaminated (color ranges from dark gray to black), refrigerant compressor is jammed or refrigerant circuit has been damaged (e.g. after an accident), ↓ Replace drier cartridge. 16	Modify refrigerant pressure sensor (B12).	If condenser (1) is to be replaced.	AR83.30-P-5430LW

17	Install in the reverse order
	Concluding tasks
	Risk of burn injuries  , suffocation and poisoning when working on the exhaust system and the components connected to it. Risk of suffocation and risk of poisoning caused by inhalation of gaseous and solid components of the exhaust. Risk of poisoning  caused by skin contact with solid components of the exhaust.	Wear protective clothing and safety glasses. Use the extraction system. Move people out of the hazard area.	AS49.00-Z-0001-01A
18	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when Engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the Engine while it is being started or when it is running. Perform Engine test run, check air conditioning system for proper operation while doing so.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
