Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses. |

| 1 | Remove front and center bottom engine compartment linings. | AR61.20-P-1105LW | |
| 2 | Drain coolant from low-temperature circuit. | AR09.41-P-6834MRI | |
| 3 | Remove coolant line (1) from radiator (2). | AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ | |
| 4 | Unclip coolant line (1) from cold-air ducting (3) and place to one side. | ||
| 5 | Remove coolant line (4) from radiator (2). | AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ | |
| 6 | Seal connections with clean stop plugs. | Fig 1 | |
| 7 | Unclip cold-air ducting (5) from radiator support (6) and hold to one side. | ||
| 8 | Unclip radiator (2) from retaining lugs (7) and slightly swivel radiator (2) forwards. | ||
| 9 | Detach radiator (2) from radiator support (6) and remove downwards. | ||
| 10 | Install in the reverse order. |
