Drain/Fill Low-Temperature Circuit Coolant - AR09.41-P-6834MRI

WARNING Risk of injury  to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolantspray. Risk of poisoning  from swallowing coolant. Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the overpressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.
Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.

  Drain off    
1 Slowly unscrew cap of the low-temperature circuit expansion reservoir and relieve overpressure.    
2 Remove front and center bottom engine compartment linings.   AR61.20-P-1105LW
3 Remove front section of the fender liner in the front left fender. Engine 264 in model 205 with code B01 (48V technology) AR88.10-P-1300LW
4 Disconnect coolant hoses (1, 2) and collect escaping coolant in a suitable container.   AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ
  Pour in    
5 Connect coolant hoses (1, 2).   AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ
6 Add coolant and bleed low-temperature circuit   AR20.00-P-1142-04OLC
    IMPORTANT Use only clean coolant.  
    Test pressure for pressure-testing the engine cooling system *BE20.30-P-1005-01A

7 Check low-temperature circuit for leak tightness.   AR09.41-P-1011MRI 
8 Install front section of the fender liner into the front left fender. Engine 264 in model 205 with code B01 (48V technology) AR88.10-P-1300LW
9 Install front and center bottom engine compartment linings.   AR61.20-P-1105LW
RADIATOR OR EXPANSION RESERVOIR CAP
