REMOVING Remove     
1 Remove wheel and tire assemblies.    
REFER TO TESTING & REPAIR   Model 205 AR40.10-P-1102A
    MODEL 207 AP40.10-P-4050CW
    MODEL 212, 218 AP40.10-P-4050EW
INSPECT Check     
2 Assess condition of brake disks (1). If the assessment of the brakes is not OK,
↓
Replace brake disks (1).
IMPORTANT After obtaining special order.		 AP42.10-P-4256EW 
MEASURING Measure     
3 Measure brake disk thickness on front axle using vernier caliper (010). Model 205 front axle Brake disk thickness *BE42.10-P-1001-08W 
    Model 207, 212, 218 front axle Brake disk thickness *BE42.10-P-1001-08P 
    SPECIAL TOOL Caliper gauge
If the wear limit has been exceeded or will be exceeded before the next brake lining change,
↓
Replace brake disks (1).
IMPORTANT After obtaining special order.		 Fig 1
4 Measure brake disk thickness on rear axle using vernier caliper (010). Model 205 rear axle Brake disk thickness *BE42.10-P-1001-09U 
    Model 207, 212, 218 rear axle Brake disk thickness *BE42.10-P-1001-09O 
    SPECIAL TOOL Caliper gauge
If the wear limit has been exceeded or will be exceeded before the next brake lining change,
↓
Replace brake disks (1).
IMPORTANT After obtaining special order.		 Fig 1
INSTALLING Install     
5 Install wheel and tire assemblies.    
REFER TO TESTING & REPAIR   Model 205 AR40.10-P-1102A
