Remove/Install Low Temperature Circuit Expansion Reservoir - AR09.41-P-0001MFC

	Risk of injury  to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolantspray. Risk of poisoning  from swallowing coolant.	Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the overpressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. 	Remove/install
1	Remove upper engine cover.
			AP01.10-P-2405-01C
		:  Do not install upper engine cover until after the leak test.
2	Remove cap (2) from the coolant expansion reservoir (1).	Slowly remove cap (2) and relieve overpressure.
3	Extract coolant from expansion reservoir (1).	Hand pump	Fig 1
4	Remove bleed line (6) from the expansion reservoir (1) and seal openings with suitable stop plugs.	Record plug	Fig 4
5	Remove vacuum line (4) and fuel line (5) from the expansion reservoir (1).
6	Unscrew screw (7).
7	Clamp off coolant hose (3), remove from the expansion reservoir (1), and seal openings with protective covers.		AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ

8	Pull expansion reservoir (1) toward the rear out of the guide and remove.
9	Install in the reverse order.
	Check
10	Check coolant level in the expansion reservoir (1) and correct if necessary.	Engine cooling system	*BF20.00-P-1001-02AB
11	Check low-temperature circuit for leak tightness.		AR09.41-P-1011MFC
12	Install upper engine cover.
