Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the overpressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses. |

| 1 | Remove upper engine cover. | ||

| 2 | Remove cap (2) from the coolant expansion reservoir (1). | ||

| 4 | Remove bleed line (6) from the expansion reservoir (1) and seal openings with suitable stop plugs. | Fig 4 | |
| 5 | Remove vacuum line (4) and fuel line (5) from the expansion reservoir (1). | ||
| 6 | Unscrew screw (7). | ||
| 7 | Clamp off coolant hose (3), remove from the expansion reservoir (1), and seal openings with protective covers. | AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ | |

| 8 | Pull expansion reservoir (1) toward the rear out of the guide and remove. | ||
| 9 | Install in the reverse order. | ||
