| Remove/install | |||
| 1 | Remove rear-end center-section trim. | AR68.30-P-4786MFV | |
| 2 | Loosen left or right trunk lining at side in trunk until the nuts (1) are accessible. | AR68.30-P-4800MFV | |
| 3 | Unscrew nuts (1). | ||
| 4 | Remove rear lamp units (E3, E4) until the electrical connector is accessible. | Do not crush or kink or subject lines to tension. This leads to line damage. Position rear lamp units (E3, E4) carefully. Otherwise adjacent parts may be damaged. |

| 5 | Release and disconnect electrical connector of rear lamp units (E3, E4). | ||
| 6 | Install in the reverse order. |
