Risk of death  caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform. Align the vehicle between the lifting platform columns and place the four support plates at the lifting platform support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer. AS00.00-Z-0010-01A

IMPORTANT When ordering the new oil pan, the new version is supplied automatically.		 AR27.10-P-7031S
3 Position suitable oil receptacle under transmission.    
4 Unscrew quick-release coupling (1). NOTES
The torque specified on the oil pan is the max. torque for the quick-release coupling (1).
The oil pan is damaged if the tightening torque is too great.

REFER TO SPECIAL TOOLS		 Attach adapter and connect oil dispenser.

    NOTES
Adjust air pressure at oil dispenser to 2 bar at the highest before filling transmission.
Otherwise the oil pan may be damaged.
IMPORTANT The oil dispenser remains connected throughout the entire filling and test procedure.

REFER TO CAPACITIES & SPECIFICATIONS		 Pump transmission oil into transmission.
Automatic transmission fluids (ATF)
(specification 236.17)		 IMPORTANT f transmission oil was drained from the oil pan, prefill the transmission with approx. 4.5 l and if transmission oil was drained from the oil pan and torque converter, or if the transmission is completely empty, prefill transmission with 7.5 l. BB00.40-P-0236-17A
8 Start test routine, check transmission oil level and correct if necessary.   AR27.00-P-0270-02EWN

REFER TO CAPACITIES & SPECIFICATIONS Automatic transmission fluids (ATF) (Specification 236.17) IMPORTANT Select the ultrasonic measurement method in XENTRY.
IMPORTANT On vehicles with thermostaticallycontrolled oil cooler.
After opening the oil cooling circuit (e.g. new oil cooler) heat the transmission to more than 90 °C, to open the thermostat on the oil cooler.		 BB00.40-P-0236-17A

REFER TO SPECIAL TOOLS		 Disconnect adapter and screw in oil dispenser and quick-release fastener (1).

Engine running when closing off oil dispenser.
Otherwise, more oil will run out.
IMPORTANT Engine must run at idle, else too much oil will escape.
IMPORTANT A small quantity of oil runs out of the overflow pipe.		 WS18.00-P-0026B

10 Perform engine test run and check transmission for leak tightness and proper operation.    
11 Install lower engine compartment lining. Transmission 725.1 in model 206 AR61.20-P-1105WT
