	Risk of injury  caused by scraping or cutting body parts on sharp vehicle parts	Always wear protective gloves when working on or near sharp and non-deburred vehicle parts. Deburr repair panels.	AS00.00-Z-0017-01A

1	Switch off ignition
2	Remove radiator grill	MODEL 222 with CODE 610 (Night View Assist)	AR88.40-P-4001LF
3	Remove cover (9)	MODEL 222 with CODE 610 (Night View Assist)
4	Unclip spray nozzle (1) and place to one side	MODEL 222 with CODE 610 (Night View Assist) Check spray pattern for spray nozzle (1) using STAR DIAGNOSIS, adjust if necessary.	AD00.00-P-2000-04B
5	Disconnect electrical connector (2)	MODEL 222 with CODE 610 (Night View Assist)
6	Pull out screws/bolts (3) and remove Night View Assist infrared camera 2 (B84/11)	MODEL 222 with CODE 610 (Night View Assist) The camera lens must be installed parallel to the front of the vehicle.
7	Remove/install front bumper	MODEL 231 with CODE 610 (Night View Assist)	AR88.20-P-2000RK
8	Unclip adjustment screw (4) at side	MODEL 231 with CODE 610 (Night View Assist)
9	Unclip camera guide (5) from bracket, and remove Night View Assist 2 infrared camera (84/11)	MODEL 231 with CODE 610 (Night View Assist) Make sure that the camera guide (5) is correctly latched into the bracket. The camera lens must be installed parallel to the front of the vehicle.
10	Remove screw/bolts (6)	MODEL 231 with CODE 610 (Night View Assist) When replacing the Night View Assist infrared camera 2 (/84/11)
11	Install in the reverse order
12	Calibrate Night View Assist infrared camera 2 (B84/11) and Night View Assist camera (B84) using STAR DIAGNOSIS	When replacing Night View Assist infrared camera 2 (B84/11) or its bracket
	Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS and read out fault memory	MODEL 231 with CODE 610 (Night View Assist) MODEL 222 with CODE 610 (Night View Assist)	AD00.00-P-2000-04A
		The calibration target for the Night View Assist is required for calibration of the Night View Assist camera (B84) or Night View Assist infrared camera 2 (B84/11). Test equipment for electronic systems	AD00.00-P-2000-04B
