Remove/Install Window Lifter Hydraulic Cylinder - AR72.10-P-0017LF

	Risk of injury  caused by fingers being jammed or pinched when removing, installing or aligning hoods, doors, trunk lid/rear-end door or sliding roof.	No parts of the body or limbs should be within the operating area when the components are moving.	AS00.00-Z-0011-01A
	Risk of injury  to skin or eyes from hydraulic fluid spraying out under pressure. Risk of poisoning  from swallowing hydraulic fluid.	Depressurize hydraulic system completely before starting any work on it. Wear protective clothing and safety glasses.	AS00.00-Z-0013-01A
	Remove/install
1	Remove power window (2) on front door	The valve unit (9) and expansion reservoir must remain connected.	AR72.10-P-1800LFS
2	Operate the buttons (8) simultaneously and extend the power window (2) as shown
3	Unscrew screw/bolt (3)
4	Unscrew nut (4) and release hydraulic cylinder (1) far enough to gain access to hydraulic lines (5, 6)
5	Detach hydraulic lines (5, 6) from hydraulic cylinder (1)	: Replace seals of hydraulic lines (5, 6). Collect escaping oil in a suitable vessel.
6	Detach hydraulic line (6) from pressure reservoir (10)	: Replace seal of hydraulic lines (6). Collect escaping oil in a suitable vessel.
7	Open hydraulic line (5) at connecting point (5.1)	Collect escaping oil in a suitable vessel.
8	Route hydraulic line (5) through grommet (7)
9	Remove hydraulic cylinder (1)
10	Install in the reverse order
