| 5 | Connect hydraulic lines of valve unit to hydraulic lines of hydraulic cylinder and oil pump | ||
| 6 | Connect power window operating unit to wiring harness and front door control unit | ||
| 7 | Open side window by 2 cm | ||
| 8 | Mark side window 6 mm from top edge (arrow A) | ||
| 9 | Close side window completely and secure against falling down with clamping pliers | Fig 2 | |
| 10 | Unscrew nuts (3) | ||
| 11 | Lower power window (1) but ensure that nuts (4) are still accessible | ||
| 12 | Unscrew nuts (4) | ||
| 13 | Release pressure in pressure reservoir for hydraulic power window (1) in front door | AR72.10-P-1800-06LFS | |
Otherwise, the couplings of the hydraulic lines can no longer be connected. |

| 14 | Disconnect hydraulic lines of valve unit from hydraulic lines of hydraulic cylinder and oil pump | ||
| 15 | Remove rear bracket (toward B-pillar) for power window (1) | ||
| 16 | Remove power window (1) together with front bracket (toward A-pillar) | ||
| 17 | Secure side window from bottom against falling down using suitable support | ||
| Install | |||
| 18 | Remove support for side window | ||
| 19 | Install power window (1) with front bracket (toward A-pillar) | ||
| 20 | Install rear bracket (toward B-pillar) for power window (1) | ||
| 21 | Replace screw plug of expansion reservoir with a bleed screw | When replacing power window (1). |

| 22 | Connect hydraulic lines of valve unit to hydraulic lines of hydraulic cylinder and oil pump | ||
| 23 | Roll up power window (1) | ||
| 24 | Fit the nuts (4) | There must be a distance of 5 mm between the inside of the power window (1) and the door lining and at least 3 mm between the power window and door paneling (armor plate). Otherwise the power window (1) may be damaged. |

| 25 | Carefully extend power window (1) until power window (1) makes contact with bottom edge o' side window | ||
| 26 | Carefully screw on nuts (4) until marking (arrow A) is reached | ||
| 27 | Center power window (1) in relation to side window (arrows B and C) | Center power window (1) in relation to side window. Otherwise the window guides may be damaged. |

| 33 | Check catches on power window (1) | Catches should mesh. Otherwise the power window (1) must be readjusted. |

| 34 | Carefully move power window (1) in and out of front door | Power window (1) must not come into contact with window guides. Otherwise the window guide may be damaged. The side window must not retract more than 5 mm into the upper door frame. Otherwise damage may occur. Leave a clearance of approx. 2 mm between power window (1) and brackets for power window (1). Otherwise damage may occur. Leave a clearance of approx. 1 mm between power window (1) and rear armor plate. Otherwise damage may occur. |
