3	Remove sealing frame from rear door		AR72.12-P-1015LF
4	Remove (upper) seal from rear door window frame		AR72.12-P-1550LFS
5	Remove door handle with lock cylinder (7)
6	Remove front protective strip (10)
7	Remove door lock from rear door (4)		AR72.12-P-2510LFS
8	Remove front guide rail (3) (towards B-pillar) for side window	Model 222 with code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version) with code Z13 (Left rear power window with special protection) Model 222 with code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version) with code Z14 (Right rear power window with special protection)
9	Remove bracket for roller sun blind (9)	Model 222 with code 297 (Electric roller sun blind in left and right rear door) with code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version)
10	Remove guide rails (8) for roller sun blind	Model 222 with code 297 (Electric roller sun blind in left and right rear door) with code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version)
11	Unclip and remove lower sealing rail (12)
12	Unclip and remove sealing rail (11) (towards C-pillar)
13	Remove middle rubber door seal (19) and inner rubber door seal (18)	Model 222 with code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version) with code Z13 (Left rear power window with special protection) Model 222 with code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version) with code Z14 (Right rear power window with special protection) When replacing rear door (1).
14	Remove inner rear armor plate (16)
15	Cut through cable tie for electric wiring harness (2) of rear door (1)
16	Remove electrical wiring harness (2) of rear door (1)
17	Remove armor plates (13, 14, 17)
18	Remove ball studs (15) for door holder
19	Remove rear door (1)	When replacing rear door (1).	AR72.12-P-0600LFS
	Assemble
20	Install rear door (1)	When replacing rear door (1).	AR72.12-P-0600LFS
21	Adjust rear door (1)	When replacing rear door (1).	AR72.12-P-0650LFS
22	Install ball studs (15) for door holder	Bolt, ball stud to rear door	*BA72.12-P-1015-01S
23	Install electrical wiring harness (2) of rear door (1)
24	Fasten electric wiring harness (2) of rear door (1) using cable ties	Always replace cable ties.
25	Install armor plates (13, 14, 17)	Bolt, armor plate to rear door	*BA72.12-P-1009-01S
26	Install inner rear armor plate (16)	Bolt, armor plate to rear door	*BA72.12-P-1009-01S
27	Affix edge guard to inner rear armor plate (16)	Always affix an edge guard to the inner rear armor plate (16). Otherwise the side window may be damaged during installation.
28	Install cage nut (20) for fastening window stay	When replacing rear door (1).
29	Install guide rails (8) for roller sun blind	Model 222 with code 297 (Electric roller sun blind in left and right rear door) with code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version)
30	Install bracket for roller sun blind (9)	Model 222 with code 297 (Electric roller sun blind in left and right rear door) with code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version)
31	Install front guide rail (3) (towards B-pillar) for side window	Model 222 with code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version) with code Z13 (Left rear power window with special protection) Model 222 with code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version) with code Z14 (Right rear power window with special protection)

33	Fit front protective strip (10)
34	Install door handle with lock cylinder

36	Clip in sealing rail (11) (towards C-pillar)
37	Clip in lower sealing rail (12)
38	Clean rear door window frame and apply primer	Model 222 with code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version) with code Z13 (Left rear power window with special protection) Model 222 with code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version) with code Z14 (Right rear power window with special protection) The rear door window frame must be free of dust and grease.

39	Wet seal for rear door side window (5) with soapy water and insert in rear door window frame	Model 222 with code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version) with code Z13 (Left rear power window with special protection) Model 222 with code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version) with code Z14 (Right rear power window with special protection) Always replace seal on rear door side window (5).
40	Wet (upper) seal on rear door window frame with soapy water and insert in rear door	Always replace (upper) seal on rear door window frame.
41	Using adhesive, stick middle rubber door seal (19) and inner rubber door seal (18) in rear door (1)	Model 222 with code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version) with code Z13 (Left rear power window with special protection) Model 222 with code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version) with code Z14 (Right rear power window with special protection) When replacing rear door (1).
