	Remove
1	Loosen the rear door paneling (2) at the top, in the area around the B-pillar until the window frame paneling (3) unclipped and the sealing frame (1) is exposed		AR72.12-P-1010LF
2	Unclip window frame paneling (3)	Clip remover	Fig 2
3	Remove clips remaining in window frame (5) and install in window frame paneling (3)	Clip remover	Fig 2
4	Detach the sealing frame (1)
5	Remove glue residues from rear door and clean bonding surface with adhesive and stripe removal disc
Topical note	Notes on removing adhesive residues and foils on paint and metal surfaces with surface conditioning disks		AH00.00-P-0013-01AK
		The bonding surface must be free of dust and grease. Use surface conditioning disk with a diameter of 100 mm.

	Install
6	Detach the spacer strip (6) approx. 2 cm	Detach the spacer strip (6) at end of new sealing frame (1) where insert is located.
7	Remove protective foil (7) in increments and glue sealing frame (1) to inner door panel (4) starting at center of bottom side of door	Glue on sealing frame (1) first with end where insert is located. Align sealing frame (1) according to assembly points (arrows A) below belt line. Spacer strips (6) on sealing frame (1) should make contact to window frame in bonding area (5) without gaps.
8	Determine protrusion of sealing frame (1) at bottom of door and cut off	Cut off protrusion so that there is no gap between the two ends of sealing frame (1).
9	Assemble both ends of sealing frame (1)
10	Firmly roll on sealing frame (1) with roller	Roller	Fig 1
11	Completely remove spacer strips (6) from sealing frame (1) starting at detached end
12	Apply lubricant to side window seal (3) in assembly area of window frame paneling (3)	Lubricant, rubber assembly 1 L	*BR00.45-Z-1010-06A
13	Clip in window frame paneling (3)	Ensure correct seating of the window frame paneling (3).
14	Fasten rear door paneling (2)		AR72.12-P-1010LF
