| 2 | Mark roller cam followers (1) and compensating elements (2) relative to respective cylinder | On reuse of roller cam followers (1) and compensating elements (2). On reuse of roller cam followers (1) and compensating elements (2), these must be installed in original installation location. Engine damage will occur otherwise. |

| 3 | Remove roller cam followers (1) and compensating elements (2) from cylinder head | ||
| 4 | Detach compensating elements (2) from roller-type cam followers (1) | ||
| 5 | Install in the reverse order |
