- Cut off residual adhesive material (1) on body flange to a max. height of 1 mm with scraper.
- Remove glue residues (1) cut from body flange.
- Check body grommets on area of front roof frame for damage.
If there is a problem,

replace respective body grommet.
↓
repair paint damage on body flange.
- Check body flange for paint damage.
If there is a problem,
- Apply primer in respective bonding area.
With residual adhesive material (1) missing in bonding area only.
