	Remove
1	Remove driver's door.		AR72.10-P-0500LW
2	Mark installation position of the driver's door hinge leaf (1.1) and mark A-pillar hinge leaf (1.2).
3	Remove door sill trim		AR68.30-P-4100LW
4	Remove side cover from the instrument panel.	Long wedge	Fig 1
5	Remove lower trim for instrument panel.	Model 293	AR68.10-P-1501EQ
		Model 205.0/1/2, 253	AR68.10-P-1500LW
		Model 213	AR68.10-P-1501LWE
6	Release bracket (5) and place to one side with the connected central Front controller unit (N10/6).
7	Remove upper insulation insert (3).
8	Remove nuts (4) from the A-pillar, release A-pillar hinge leaf (1.2), and remove.	Long wedge	Fig 1
9	Remove seal under A-pillar hinge leaf (1.2) from A-pillar.
10	Clean A-pillar in area of hinge support.	Cleaner	*BR00.45-Z-1025-04A
11	Remove screws (2) and remove driver's door hinge leaf (1.1).
	Install
12	Align driver's door hinge leaf (1.1) based on the previously applied markings on the driver's door and screw in screws (2).	Screw/bolt, hinge to Front door	*BA72.10-P-1001-01W
13	Align A-pillar hinge leaf (1.2) with seal based on the previously applied markings and attach nuts (4).	Helper required.
		Nut, hinge to A-pillar	*BA72.10-P-1002-01W
14	Install driver's door.		AR72.10-P-0500LW
15	Open and close driver door.	The installation position of the driver door may change later due to opening and closing.
	Check
16	Check gap dimensions on the driver's door, adjust.		AR72.10-P-0551LW
	Install
17	Repair paint damage at respective bolt heads.
18	Protect driver's door and A-pillar in the area of the hinge against corrosion.	Wax for engine compartment (400 ml spray can)	*BR00.45-Z-1018-05A
19	Install upper insulation insert (3).
20	Install bracket (5) with connected Front central controller unit (N10/6).
21	Install bottom trim for instrument panel.	Model 293	AR68.10-P-1501EQ
		Model 213	AR68.10-P-1501LWE
		Model 205.0/1/2, 253	AR68.10-P-1500LW
22	Install side cover from the instrument panel.
23	Install door sill trim.		AR68.30-P-4100LW
