	Risk of injury  to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolantspray. Risk of poisoning from swallowing coolant.	Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. 	Remove/install
1	Remove lower radiator shutters.	Engine 256.9 in model 213, 238, 257 with code 2U1 (Radiator shutter) Engine 256.9 in model 290	AR20.20-P-3884OIB
2	Remove additional cooler.	Engine 256.9 in model 213, 238, 257 with code M016 (Uprated engine) Engine 256.9 in model 290	AR20.20-P-3866MSA
3	Drain coolant from low-temperature circuit.		AR09.41-P-6834MSA
4	Remove struts (8).	Engine 256.9 in model 290
		Bolt, strut to soundproofing	*BA62.30-P-1004-01H
		Bolt, strut to cross member	*BA62.30-P-1003-01H
5	Remove coolant hose (3) from low-temperature circuit additional cooler (1) and seal openings with protective covers.		AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ

6	Remove coolant hose (4) from low-temperature circuit additional cooler (1) and seal openings with protective covers.		AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ

7	Unclip air duct segments (5).
8	Unclip low-temperature circuit additional cooler (1) and remove.
9	Install in the reverse order.
