| 2 | Remove screw/bolts (2). | ||
| 3 | Unclip lower radiator shutters (1) at bottom and swivel out. | ||
| 4.1 | Release and disconnect electrical connector (3). | Model 213, 238, 257 with code 2U1 (Radiator shutter) |

| 4.2 | Release, disconnect electrical connectors (3) and remove lower radiator shutters (1). | Model 290 with Engine 256.9 | |
| 5 | Unclip electric line at lower radiator shutters (1) and remove lower radiator shutters (1). | Model 213, 238, 257 with code 2U1 (Radiator shutter) |

| 6 | Install in the reverse order. | ||
| 7 | Check lower radiator shutters (1) using diagnostic tester for proper operation. | ||
