Remove/Install Low-Temperature Circuit Additional Radiator - AR09.41-P-3001MRH

Engine 264 in model 213, 238, 257 with code B01 (48V technology)

WARNING Risk of injury  to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolantspray. Risk of poisoning from swallowing coolant. Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.
Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Remove bottom radiator shutters. Engine 264 in model 213, 238, 257 with code 2U1 (Radiator shutter) with code B01 (48V technology) AR20.20-P-3884OIB
2 Drain coolant from low-temperature circuit.   AR09.41-P-6834MRH
3 Remove coolant hose (3) from cooler (1).   AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ
4 Unclip cold air guides (5) from the radiator supports (6) and hold to one side.    
5 Remove coolant hose (2) from cooler (1).   AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ
6 Seal connections with clean stop plugs. SPECIAL TOOL Record plug Fig 2
7 Unclip retaining lugs (4) from the radiator supports (6) and remove cooler (1).    
8 Install in the reverse order.
