Risk of poisoning from swallowing coolant. | Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses. |

| 2 | Drain coolant from low-temperature circuit. | AR09.41-P-6834MRH | |
| 3 | Remove coolant hose (3) from cooler (1). | AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ | |
| 4 | Unclip cold air guides (5) from the radiator supports (6) and hold to one side. | ||
| 5 | Remove coolant hose (2) from cooler (1). | AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ | |
| 6 | Seal connections with clean stop plugs. | Fig 2 | |
| 7 | Unclip retaining lugs (4) from the radiator supports (6) and remove cooler (1). | ||
| 8 | Install in the reverse order. |
