	Remove
1	Remove right air filter housing		AR09.10-P-1152MND
2	Remove soundproofing of right rail
3	Unclip electrical connections (21, 22), release and disconnect	Engine 276.823 in model 213, 238
4	Unclip, release and disconnect electrical connection (20)	Engine 276.853 in model 213
5	Remove rear lower engine compartment paneling		AR61.20-P-1105LWE
6	Unclip electrical connections (27), release and disconnect	Engine 276.853 in model 213
7	Remove screw/bolts of holder (8) of CAT (2) on transmission and take out CAT (2) downwards
8	Detach screw/bolts (11) of catalytic converter (2) from exhaust line
9	Remove screw/bolt of clamp (3) at center exhaust system
10	Remove clamp (3) and remove CAT (2) downwards
11	Modify oxygen sensor upstream of catalytic converter (6)	When replacing catalytic converter (2).	AR07.04-P-0083MND
12	Modify oxygen sensor downstream of catalytic converter (7)	When replacing catalytic converter (2).	AR07.04-P-0084MND
13	Remove exhaust line to ATL	When replacing the catalytic converter (2).	AR09.40-P-6038MND
14	Remove combustion and corrosion residue at connecting points
	Install
15	Install new exhaust line to ATL	When replacing the catalytic converter (2).	AR09.40-P-6038MND
16	Replace sealing ring on CAT (2) to center exhaust system
17	Position CAT (2)
18	Position clamp (3)
19	Tighten screw/bolts of bracket (8) of CAT (2) on torque converter housing slightly by hand
20	Tighten screw/bolts (10) of CAT (2) on exhaust line slightly by hand	Replace screw/bolts (10).
21	Tighten screw/bolt of clamp (3) on center exhaust system slightly by hand	Replace clamp (3).
22	Check installation position and unobstructed movement of catalytic converter (2)
23	Tighten screw/bolts of holder (8) of CAT (2) on torque converter housing	engine 276.8 in model 213Nut/bolt, catalytic converter bracket to torque converter housing/engine	*BA49.10-P-1007-02G

29	Install soundproofing of right rail
30	Install right air filter housing		AR09.10-P-1152MND
	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear buttoned-up and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
31	Carry out an engine test run and check exhaust system for leaktightness
