	Remove/install
1	Commission Mercedes-Benz Intelligent Drive control unit (N62/4).	When replacing Mercedes-Benz Intelligent Drive control unit (N62/4).
			AD00.00-P-2000-04B
2	Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (min. 2 m).
3.1	Remove left trunk lining at side.	Model 213.0/1 with code 233 (DISTRONIC PLUS)	AR68.30-P-4800LWE
3.2	Remove left load compartment trim at side.	Model 213.2 with code 233 (DISTRONIC PLUS)	AR68.30-P-1185LWE
4	Remove subwoofer in trunk.	Model 213.0/1 with code 233 (DISTRONIC PLUS) with code 811 (Advanced sound system)	AR82.62-P-7841LWE
5	Remove bolts (1), unscrew nuts (2) then remove holder (3) with sound system control unit and place to one side.	Model 213.0/1/2 with code 233 (DISTRONIC PLUS) with code 810 (Sound system) Model 213.0/1 with code 233 (DISTRONIC PLUS) with code 811 (Advanced sound system) The electrical connectors need not be detached.
6	Unscrew nuts (4), remove holder (5) with control units and place to one side.	Model 213.0/2 with code 233 (DISTRONIC PLUS) with code 459 (Steel suspension with adjustable damping) Model 213 with code 233 (DISTRONIC PLUS) with code 489 (AIRMATIC) The electrical connectors need not be detached.
7	Unscrew nut (6), unfasten bolts (7), remove holder (8) with control units and place to one side. 8	Unfasten bolts (9) and remove holder (10).
9	Separate electrical connector (11).
10	Unclip and remove Mercedes-Benz Intelligent Drive control unit (N62/4) from holder (10).
11	Install in the reverse order.
