| 1 | Remove fan from hub (4) and place in fan shroud | AR20.40-D-6800TSV | |
| 2 | Remove screw/bolts (2) | ||
| 3 | Screw on protective sleeve (5) to thread of hub (4) in counterclockwise manner | Fig 1 | |
| 4 | Remove the poly-V belt (1) | ||
| 5 | Unscrew protective sleeve (5) | Fig 1 | |
| Check | |||
| 6 | Check poly-V belt (1) for wear and damage | If wear or damage are present, ↓ Replace poly-V-belt (1). |

| 7 | Install belt pulley (3) with screws (2) onto hub (4) | ||
| 8 | Screw retaining disk (6) onto thread of hub (4) in counterclockwise manner | Fig 2 | |
| 9 | Mount poly-V-belt (1) on belt pulley (3) and attach on belt pulley (7) as shown | ||
| 10 | Secure poly-V-belt (1) using retaining clips (8) on left side of belt pulley (7) when viewed in direction of travel | Fig 2 | |
| 11 | Install poly-V belt (1) | wsm://04_ 201800_59 |

If necessary, ↓ Turn belt pulley (7) further in direction of engine rotation and check seat of poly-V-belt (1). |
