	General information on checking/correcting headlamp adjustment		AH82.10-P-1000-01A
	Preparatory activity
1	Drive vehicle onto setting station for headlamp adjustment.
2	Check exterior lighting for proper operation.
		If a component part of the exterior lighting is defective: ↓ Rectify the defect.	AP82.10-D-8252TS
	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
3.1	Start engine and check light beam movement.	Model 907 with code LG7 (LED high-performance headlamps) The light beams of both headlamps must move uniformly, firstly to the adjustment limits, and then into the drive position. If the headlamp range control is malfunctioning: ↓ Rectify the malfunction.
3.2	Visually inspect headlamp range control for proper operation.	Model 907 except code LG7 (LED high-performance headlamps) When adjusting the headlamp range control the light beams of both headlamps must move uniformly up and down. If the headlamp range control is malfunctioning: ↓ Rectify the malfunction.
4	Switch off engine.
5	Check vehicle for loading.	If the vehicle is loaded: ↓ Unload vehicle.
6	Check and correct tire pressure of front and rear wheels.

7	Determine headlamp degree of inclination.

8	Set the specified headlamp degree of inclination on headlamp adjuster.	Note the operating instructions of the headlamp aimer.
9	Switch on low beams.
10	Note down set value of headlamp range control and move headlamp range control to zero position.	Model 907 except code LG7 (LED high-performance headlamps)
	Checking, adjusting
11	Check low beam height setting.	The high beam headlamps cannot be separately adjusted. The light-dark boundary (1) of the light to the left of the central marking (3) must be congruent with the datum line (2) in the headlamp adjuster. The colored area of the light-dark boundary (1) of the low beam must be above the datum line (2) as shown. If adjustment is not correct, ↓ Correct height setting by turning setting screw (6).
12	Check lateral low beam setting.	The light-dark boundary (1) of the light to the right of the central marking (3) must be congruent with the datum line (4) in the headlamp adjuster. The colored area of the low beam light-dark boundary (1) must be above the datum line (4), as shown. If adjustment is not correct, ↓ Correct lateral setting by turning setting screw (5).
	Concluding tasks
13	Switch off low beams.
14	Move headlamp range control to previously noted position.	Model 907 except code LG7 (LED high-performance headlamps)
15	Place removed load into vehicle.	If the vehicle was unloaded beforehand.
16	Drive vehicle off setting station for headlamp adjustment.
