Remove/Install Front CROSSMEMBER - Ar62.30-D-0007TS

	Remove
1	Remove front bumper.		AR88.20-D-2000TS
2.1	Remove bracket (2) and position outside the working area.	Model 907 with code BA3 (Active Brake Assist System) Model 907 with code ET4 (Active Distance Assist DISTRONIC) except code ME0 (Electric motor 85 kW)
3	Remove expansion rivets (10).
4	Remove front crossmember (1).	To do this, unscrew screws (5) and unclip electrical wiring harnesses (4, 6). Clip remover	Fig 1
	Install
5	Install front crossmember (1).	To do this, screw in screws (5) and clip in electrical wiring harnesses (4, 6). Screw, front crossmember to longitudinal member	*BA62.30-N-1001-01TS
6	Install expansion rivets (10).	: Check expansion rivet (10) for damage. If the expansion rivets (10) are damaged, ↓ Replace damaged expansion rivets (10).
7	Attach bracket (2).	Model 907 with code BA3 (Active Brake Assist System) Model 907 with code ET4 (Active Distance Assist DISTRONIC) To do this, clip bracket (2) into front crossmember (1) and screw in screws (3). Check holder (2) for damage. If damage is present: ↓ Replace damaged bracket (2).
8	Add cavity preservation at front crossmember (1).	Add cavity preservation at connection of front crossmember (1) to longitudinal members.	AR97.20-D-1500TS
9	Install front bumper.		AR88.20-D-2000TS
