Digital tachograph (DTCO) power supply

Do not kink any electric lines and ensure that they are routed without any chafing.

This prevents damage.

Route electrical wiring harness (1) as shown.
Model 907.### 2#

Install electrical wiring harness (1) mirror-inverted as shown.

Cable lug (8) retains its installation position on the MWH cockpit ground point (W1/4).
Loosely fasten electrical wiring harness (1) in sections at factory-installed electrical wiring harness or at a suitable position using cable ties.

Shown on vehicle interior fuse and relay module (F152) on model 907.### 1
Remove electrical fuse 15-2 (F152f15-2).
Disconnect plug (MF2).
Install contact socket (3) in contact cavity 3 in plug (MF2).
Connect plug (MF2).
Install electrical fuse 15-2.
Install contact socket (4) in contact cavity 2 of fuse slot of electrical fuse 30-2 (F152f30-2) in fuse holder (S16).
Install electrical fuse 30-2 with 7.5 A.
Disassemble plug (5).
To do so, release plug housing (5.2) (arrow) and guide out plug inner part (5.1).
Install contact socket (6) of "GN/BK" CAN line in contact cavity 8 of plug inner part (5.1).
Install contact socket (7) of "BK/BU" CAN line in contact cavity 9 of plug inner part (5.1).
Assemble plug (5).
To do so, guide plug inner part (5.1) into plug housing (5.2) and lock.
Remove nut of MWH cockpit ground point (W1/4).
Connect cable lug (8) to MWH cockpit ground point (W1/4).
Attach nut of MWH cockpit ground point (W1/4) .
Rotational speed sensor electrical wiring harness

Shown on model 907.### 1 with code J2B (Tachograph controls under instrument panel, passenger side)
Route electrical wiring harness (9) as shown.
Loosely fasten electrical wiring harness (9) in sections at factory-installed electrical wiring harness or at a suitable position using cable ties.
Route electrical wiring harness (12) as shown.
To do so, cut cable tie and open feed-through grommet (15).
Loosely fasten electrical wiring harness (12) in sections at factory-installed electrical wiring harness or at a suitable position using cable ties.
Connect plug (11) to plug (13).
Tighten loosely attached cable ties on electrical wiring harnesses (1, 9, 12).
If necessary,

Strap down excess length of electrical wiring harnesses (1, 9, 12) at suitable point.
Seal feed-through grommet (15).
To do so, use a new cable tie.
