	Remove/install
1	Release pressure in ABC system using diagnostic system		AR32.50-P-0001-01LF
			AD00.00-P-2000-04B
2	Detach left front wheel-and-tire assembly		AR40.10-P-1102A
3	Remove left front fender liner		AR88.10-P-1300LF
4	Detach all electrical connections (5 pieces) from front axle ABC valve unit (Y36/1)
5	Clean area surrounding hydraulic line connections on front axle ABC valve unit (Y36/1)	Use clean, lint-free rags and cleaner without any mineral oil only.
6	Mark hydraulic lines (1) relative to connections on front axle ABC valve unit (Y36/1) and detach	Make sure that dirt does not enter into the opened hydraulic lines (1) and the front axle ABC valve unit (Y36/1). The ABC system can otherwise fail.
		Bolt, lines to front valve unit Check sealing rings for damage: ↓ Install new seals. Check support rings for damage: ↓ Replace hydraulic line (1).	*BA32.50-P-1003-03B
7	Seal hydraulic lines (1) and openings on front axle ABC valve unit (Y36/1) using stop plugs	Record plug	Fig 2
8	Unscrew nuts (2) and detach front axle ABC valve unit (Y36/1) with bracket from longitudinal member	Nut, front valve unit bracket to longitudinal member	*BA32.50-P-1001-03B
9	Transfer marking on old front axle ABC valve unit (Y36/1) to new front axle ABC valve unit (Y36/1)	When replacing front axle ABC valve unit (Y36/1)
10	Detach all brackets from the front axle ABC valve unit (Y36/1)	When replacing front axle ABC valve unit (Y36/1) Bolt, bracket to front valve unit	*BA32.50-P-1002-03B
11	Install in the reverse order
12	Replace stop plugs in removed front axle ABC valve unit (Y36/1) with plugs	When replacing front axle ABC valve unit (Y36/1) Caps are supplied with new part.
13	Fill and bleed ABC system		AR32.50-P-0021SX
