	Risk of injury  to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolantspray. Risk of poisoning  from swallowing coolant.	Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the overpressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. 	Remove/install
1	Remove coolant thermostat		AR20.10-P-2461MNL
2	Remove screws (10) and remove coolant pump (11)	:  During installation of coolant pump (11), ensure that toothing of coolant pump (11) engages with toothing of drive. Coolant pump (11) is otherwise not installed up to end stop. :  Replace seals of coolant pump (11).
		Bolt, coolant pump to crankcase	*BA20.10-P-1001-01ZA
3	Install in the reverse order
