	Risk of injury  to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolantspray. Risk of poisoning  from swallowing coolant.	Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the overpressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. 	Remove/install
1	Remove radiator		AR20.20-P-3865LF
2	Drain coolant from low-temperature circuit	Collect coolant in a suitable container.
		:  Check coolant hose (3) and clamp (2) for damage; replace if necessary.
		Unfasten clamp (2) and detach coolant hose (3).
		Open cap of the coolant expansion reservoir for the low-temperature circuit.

3	Detach coolant line (4) at cooler for low-temperature water circuit (1)		AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ
		:  Check coolant hose (3) and coolant line (4) for damage; replace if necessary.
4	Unclip radiator for low-temperature water circuit (1) from radiator support and remove upwards
	Check
5	Check cooler for low-temperature water circuit (1) for damage and replace if necessary
6	Install in the reverse order
7	Check cooling system for leaktightness		AR20.00-P-1010LF
8	Check low-temperature circuit cooling system for leaktightness		AR20.00-P-1010LF
		Mount tester cap on low-temperature circuit coolant expansion reservoir.
	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
9	Carry out engine test run and check the cooling system for leaktightness and for proper operation
