	Remove
1	Release fuse and relay module on driver's side.
2	Remove door sill at front left.	Long wedge	Fig 1
3	Remove trim at bottom for instrument panel on driver's side.

4	Remove air duct under driver's side instrument panel.
5	Remove accelerator pedal.

6	Remove A-pillar trim on driver's side.

7	Remove upper B-pillar trim on driver's side and place it to one side with the seat belt attached.

8	Remove front and rear grab handles on the driver's side.

9	Remove coat hook from driver's side roof lining and remove screw located underneath.	Model 222.0/1 Long wedge	Fig 1
10	Remove left C-pillar trim and place to one side with attached seat belt.

11	Remove overhead control panel control unit.

	Install
12	Retrofit front dashcam mount.	When pressing on, ensure that the pressure is applied directly on the adhesive point. The maximum adhesive strength is only reached after approx. 72 h at 20°C. During the first hour avoid the application of any mechanical load.	AZ54.71-P-0001-00LWE
		Otherwise adhesion problems may occur. Cleaner	*BR00.45-Z-1025-04A
13	Retrofit rear dashcam mount.	When pressing on, ensure that the pressure is applied directly on the adhesive point. The maximum adhesive strength is only reached after approx. 72 h at 20°C. 16	Pull off front and rear edge guard on driver's side in area of roof lining.
17	Release front and rear roof lining on driver's side.

19	Latch dashcam at front (1) into dashcam mount opposite direction of arrow on eject button.	Mount dashcam at front (1) at the earliest one hour after gluing on the dashcam mount. Otherwise, the dashcam mount may work its way loose.
20	Latch dashcam at rear (2) into dashcam mount opposite direction of arrow on eject button.	Mount dashcam at rear (2) at the earliest one hour after gluing on the dashcam mount. Otherwise, the dashcam mount may work its way loose.
21	Perform initial startup.		AZ54.71-P-0001-02LWE
	National settings for Mercedes-Benz dashcam		GF54.71-P-0010-02LWE
22	Install remaining parts.
	Update Vehicle Documentation (VeDoc)
23	Attach "Mercedes-Benz dashcam retrofitted at front and rear as per AZ54.71-P-0001LF note" under field organization texts to DG 54, DG 67 and DG 68.

24	Perform function test.	See Owner's Manual.
