Remove/Install Front Door Lock - AR72.10-P-4011LFS

	Remove/install
1	Remove left and right door module		AR72.10-P-0900LFS
2	Remove paneling (2) on inner front door in area of left and right door lock	Replace paneling (2) on inner front door in area of door lock after removal.
		Mounting wedge	Fig 1
3	Connect CAN box (as control unit replacement) or control unit with power window operating unit to power window
4	Completely close side window on left and right front door and secure against falling down with clamping pliers	Clamping pliers	Fig 2
5	Detach side window from power window and completely lower power window	Model 222 with code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version) with code Z11 (Left front power window with special protection) with code Z12 (Right front power window with special protection)	AR72.10-P-1800LFS
6	Disconnect CAN box (as control unit replacement) or control unit with power window operating unit from power window
7	Unscrew door lock armor plate, cut butyl cord at rear of door lock armor plate with suitable cutting blade, and remove door lock armor plate	: When removing always replace butyl cord. Leaks can occur otherwise.
		Bolt, armor plate to front door	*BA72.10-P-1009-01Y
8	Unhook operating cable (3) from door lock (1)
9	Unhook operating cable (6) from door lock (1)
10	Separate cable tie (9) and lay electrical wiring harness for door lock (1) and bearing bracket (7) down to side	: Always replace cable tie (9).
11	Release electrical connector (8) on bearing bracket (7) and disconnect
12	Release electrical connector (10) on door lock and disconnect
13	Unscrew screws (11) from bearing bracket (7)
14	Unscrew bolts (4) and remove door lock (1) with operating cable (5) and bearing bracket (7)	Bolt, door lock to front door	*BA72.10-P-1005-01Y
15	Remove operating cable (5) from door lock	When replacing door lock (1)
16	Install in the reverse order
