	Remove/install
1	Completely lower crank window (2)
2	Remove door lining from left or right rear door		AR72.12-P-1010LF
3	Unclip window frame trim (4)	: Coat crank window (12) in assembly area of window frame trim (4) with lubricant. Ensure that window frame trim (4) is seated correctly.

4	Remove roller sun blind (3)	Model 222.0/1 with code 297 (Electric roller sun blind in left and right rear door) except code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version)
5	Remove inner sealing rail (11)	Carefully lift inner sealing rail (11) out of bead of inner door panel. Otherwise the inner sealing rail (11) can bend and must be replaced. Moisten rubber strip on inner sealing rail (11) with lubricant.

6	Position textile adhesive tape (5) below both ends of outer sealing rail (6) and glue to door paneling	Textile adhesive tape (5) protects painting. Otherwise the paint can be damaged when removing the outer sealing rail (6).
7	Slide strip of paper (8) between trim piece (8) and outer sealing rail (6) as shown	Paper strips (8) are intended to protect the trim piece (8). Trim element (8) can otherwise be scratched.
8	Remove outer sealing rail (6)	Carefully lift outer sealing rail (6) out of bead on door paneling. Otherwise the outer sealing rail (6) can bend and must be replaced. : Moisten rubber strip on outer sealing rail (6) with lubricant.

9	Remove rear window guide rail (12.1) from window divider (13)	: Moisten rear window guide seal (12.1) in assembly area with lubricant.

10	Unscrew screws (10) at window divider (13)
11	Remove window divider (13)	Carefully remove window divider (13) from window shaft. Otherwise the window divider (13) can be damaged. Pivot window divider (13) downward (arrow), to side and remove from window channel. : Coat window divider (13), seal (14) and rear window guide seal (12.1) with lubricant in assembly area.

12	Unscrew bolt (9) from crank window seal (12)	: Ensure that retaining clips (16) are seated correctly.
13	Fasten cup suction tool (15) on outside of stationary window (1)
14	Press seal (14) out of stationary window (1) at bottom and side with long wedge as shown (arrows)	Long wedge	Fig 2
15	Remove stationary window (1) from seal (14)	: Coat groove on seal (14) with Lubricant.

16	Install in the reverse order
