5	Remove engine air intake duct upstream of air filter	Engine 157, 278 in model 166 Engine 157, 278 in model 292
6	Remove left and right engine air intake duct upstream of air filter	Engine 276.8 in model 166, 251, 292

7	Remove charge air cooler	Engine 276.8 in model 166, 251, 292

9	Install retaining lock for crankshaft/starter ring gear		AR03.30-P-5000GQ
10	Remove crankshaft center bolt (3)	Installation: Replace center bolt for crankshaft (3).
		Center bolt, belt pulley to crankshaft	*BA03.30-P-1001-01M
11	Detach belt pulley/vibration damper (8) from crankshaft	Installation: Place belt pulley/vibration damper (8) on crankshaft and rotate to ensure that the feather key (4) of crankshaft is engaged in the groove on the belt pulley/vibration damper (8).
	Check
12	Check contact surface of radial shaft sealing ring (5) at hub of belt pulley/vibration damper (8) for damage	If damage is present ↓ Replace belt pulley/vibration damper (8)
13	Check front crankshaft radial shaft sealing ring (5) for damage	If damage is present ↓ Replace front radial shaft sealing ring (4)

14	Install in the reverse order
	Check
	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
15	Perform an engine test run and check engine for leaktightness
