	Remove/install
1	Remove upper engine cover
2	Remove firewall cover on the left (16)	Model 172 with engine 651
3	Remove vacuum reservoir		AR07.09-P-0001CD
4	Remove power steering pump and place aside with lines attached	Engine 651 in model 172 up to model year 2016 Engine 651 in model 204, 207, 212 (except 212.098/298), 218, 221 Model 172 with engine 651 up to model year 2016 Model 207, 212 (except 212.098/298) with engine 651	AR46.30-P-0500EWI
4		Model 221 with engine 651	AR46.30-P-0500SX
5	Remove screw/bolts (3, 4), swivel exhaust gas recirculation cooler (5) together with attached coolant lines upwards, place to one side and fix in place	Replace seal. Bolt, exhaust heat exchanger to valve housing	*BA14.20-P-1001-01K
		Bolt, support brace for vacuum reservoir and exhaust heat exchanger to Y-support brace	*BA14.20-P-1006-01K
		Bolt, exhaust heat exchanger support to oil filter module	*BA14.20-P-1017-01K
6	Remove screw/bolts (1) and remove EGR line (2)	Replace seals. Bolt, exhaust gas recirculation line to charge air distributor	*BA14.20-P-1008-01K
6	Remove screw/bolts (1) and remove EGR line (2)	Screw/bolt, exhaust gas recirculation line to valve housing	*BA14.20-P-1009-01K
7	Remove screw/bolts (6)	Bolt, charge air manifold to charge air distribution line	*BA09.41-P-1002-01N
8	Release and disconnect electrical connection (8)
9	Remove cable bracket (9)	Attach cable bracket (9) at the same position again.
10	Remove screw/bolt (14) and retaining clip (15) place refrigerant line (13) to one side	Model 172 with engine 651 To ensure that access to screw/bolts (11) is given.
11	Remove screw/bolts (12) and place bracket to one side	Bolt, charge air manifold to charge air line	*BA09.41-P-1004-01N
12	Unscrew screw/bolts (11) and take off mixing chamber (7)	Installation: Replace seals. Bolt, charge air manifold to fastening plate	*BA09.41-P-1003-01N
13	Install in the reverse order
