Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the overpressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses. |

| 1 | Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmitter range (min. 2 m). | ||

| 3 | Remove engine air intake duct (3). | ||
| 4 | Remove cold air intake (4). | ||

| 8 | Release and disconnect electrical connector from fan unit (1). | ||

| 10 | Unclip bracket (7) from fan unit (1) and radiator and place to one side. | ||
| 11 | Unclip coolant line (8) from fan unit (1). | ||
| 12 | Remove upper cold air guide from fan unit (1). | ||
| 13 | Remove bleed line from cooler and seal openings with suitable stop plugs. | Fig 2 | |
| 14 | Remove coolant hose (10) from cooler and seal openings with protective covers. | AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ | |

| 15 | Remove fan unit (1). | ||
| 16 | Install in the reverse order. |
