Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the overpressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses. |

| 1 | Remove heat shield (3) | ||
| 2 | Remove the cap (2) | ||
| 3 | Suction off coolant from coolant expansion reservoir (1) and collect coolant in suitable container | Fig 2 | |
| 4 | Remove the vent line (4) from the coolant expansion reservoir (1) and seal openings with suitable stop plugs | AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ | |

| 5 | Unclip the coolant expansion reservoir (1) | ||
| 6 | Remove the coolant hose (5) from the coolant expansion reservoir (1) and seal openings using suitable protective covers | AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ | |

| 7 | Release and disconnect electrical connection (6) | ||
| 8 | Remove the coolant expansion reservoir (1) | ||
| 9 | Check the rubber guides of the coolant expansion reservoir (1) for damage | In case of a complaint ↓ Replace rubber guides. |
