	Remove B-pillar hinge leaf (9)
1	Open front door	If it is necessary to replace both door hinges, replace the second door hinge only after repairing the first door hinge. Otherwise the rear door (1) can be damaged or the adjustment of the rear door (1) changes. Replacement of the upper door hinge is described as follows; replace lower door hinge analogously.
2	Remove cover from hinge separation (4)
3	Unscrew door hinge shaft bolt (6)
4	Unscrew bolts on B-pillar (8)
5	Remove B-pillar hinge half (9) from rear door hinge half (5)	Pull rear door (1) outward slightly in area of hinge.
	Install B-pillar hinge leaf (9)
6	Disconnect new B-pillar hinge leaf (9) from rear door hinge leaf (5) by unscrew bolt from door hinge shaft (6)
7	Install new B-pillar hinge half (9) on rear door hinge half (5)
8	Screw in bolt on door hinge shaft (6) to stop
9	Tighten bolts on B-pillar (8)	Bolt, door hinge to B-pillar	*BA72.12-P-1002-01P
	Remove rear door hinge leaf (5)
10	Unscrew door hinge shaft bolt (6)
11	Unscrew bolts from inner door panel (7)
12	Remove rear door hinge half (5)	Pull rear door (1) outward slightly in area of hinge.
	Install rear door hinge leaf (5)
13	Install new rear door hinge half (5) on B-pillar hinge half (9)
14	Screw in bolt on door hinge shaft (6) to stop
15	Tighten inner door panel screws (7)	Bolt, door hinge to rear door	*BA72.12-P-1001-01P
16	Tighten bolt for door hinge shaft (6)	Bolt to door hinge leaf connection	*BA72.12-P-1003-01P
17	Check gap dimensions of rear door (1) after completing work, adjust if required.		AR72.12-P-0650NKC
18	Repair paint damage in area of door hinge with appropriate touch-up paint pen
19	Attach cover on hinge separation (4)
