	Risk of injury  during testing and repair operations related to pyrotechnical components	Do not expose pyrotechnical components to temperatures above 100 °C or 212 °F. Disconnect current supply when working on such components.	AS91.00-Z-0008-01A
	Risk of injury  caused by fingers being jammed or pinched when removing, installing or aligning hoods, doors, trunk lid/rear-end door or sliding roof.	No parts of the body or limbs should be within the operating area when the components are moving.	AS00.00-Z-0011-01A
	Remove/install
1	Completely lower crank window (2)
2	Switch off ignition and remove transmitter key from electronic ignition lock control unit
3	Disconnect battery ground line		AR54.10-P-0003NKB
4	Disconnect electrical connector on left rear door (X35/3) or electrical connector on right rear door (X35/4)
5	Remove protective caps (4)
6	Remove bolts (5)	Moisten thread on bolts (5) with Loctite. Repair paint damage in area of bolts (5).
		Bolt to door hinge leaf connection	*BA72.12-P-1003-01P
		Thread locking agent, Loctite 243 (10 ml)	*BR00.45-Z-1133-02A
7	Remove front door (1) from hinges (3) with aid of helper and lay down on suitable base	Remove rear door (1) carefully. Danger of damaging paint on rear door (1) and B-pillar.
8	Install in the reverse order
9	Check gap dimensions on rear door (1), correct if necessary		AR72.12-P-0650NKC
10	Check for proper function and synchronize power window
