Remove/install loudspeakers in rear doors - AR82.62-P-7874NKC

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Remove door module (1) Model 156 AR72.12-P-0103NKB
Model 117 AR72.12-P-0103NKC
2 Disconnect electrical connector (2) from left rear door speaker (H4/3) or right rear door speaker (H4/4)    
3 Set door module (1) down on suitable base    
4 Unscrew nut (3) IMPORTANT Do not twist adjustment screw (4).  
5 Turn door module (1)    
6 Lift power window strut (5) out of door module (1) and swivel to one side NOTES
Carefully lift power window strut (5) out of door module (1).
Otherwise the power window strut (5) may be damaged.
IMPORTANT The power window strut (5) must be swiveled to one side in order to enable access to the rivets (6).
 
7 Drill out rivet heads of rivets (6) NOTES
Do not drill out rivet heads of rivets (6) too far. Otherwise the door module (1) is damaged and must be replaced.
IMPORTANT Swivel window lifter strut (5) to one side for access to the respective rivet (6).
IMPORTANT Use 7 mm dia. bit.
INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Secure left rear door speaker (H4/3) or right rear door speaker (H4/4) with rivet (6).
 
8 Remove left rear door speaker (H4/3) or right rear door speaker (H4/4) from door module (1) IMPORTANTCommercially available devices/tools  riveter  
9 Drive rest of rivets out of housing of left rear door speaker (H4/3) or right rear door speaker (H4/4) with a punch When reinstalling the old left rear door speaker (H4/3) or right rear door speaker (H4/4).
NOTES
Carefully drive out rest of rivets and remove rest of rivets from housing of left rear door speaker (H4/3) or right rear door speaker (H4/4). Otherwise left rear door speaker (H4/3) or right rear door speaker (H4/4) may be damaged.
 
10 Install in the reverse order
