Install Front Crankshaft Radial Seal Ring - AR03.20-P-3002-01MRH

  1. Clean seat of radial shaft sealing ring (3).

    IMPORTANT The seat of the radial shaft sealing ring (3) and the radial shaft sealing ring (3) must be free of grease and oil.

  2. Place radial shaft sealing ring (3) on timing case cover and align at right angles to timing case cover.
  3. Install radial shaft sealing ring (3) with SPECIAL TOOL drift by tightening center bolt (1) in timing case cover.
  4. Check installation position of radial shaft sealing ring (3) relative to timing case cover and to crankshaft (4).

    NOTES The radial shaft sealing ring (3) must be at a right angle to the timing case cover and to the crankshaft (4).

    Leaks can occur otherwise.
