Assign Crankshaft Bearing Shells - AR03.20-P-4360-01MRH

Assignment of upper crankshaft bearing shells (2) 

IMPORTANT The number 1 represents the color marking blue.

The number 2 represents the color marking yellow.

The number 3 represents the color marking red.

  1. Read the assignment numbers of the upper crankshaft bearing shells (2) on the crankcase (1) at position (arrow A).

    IMPORTANT Location of the assignment numbers matches the sequence of the crankshaft bearing points in the crankcase (1).

  2. Assign the matching upper crankshaft bearing shells (2) using the identified assignment numbers.

    IMPORTANT The color coding of the upper crankshaft bearing shells (2) has been attached on the side (arrow B).

    Assignment of the lower crankshaft bearing shells (3) 

    IMPORTANT The letter B represents the color marking blue.

    The letter G represents the color marking yellow.

    The letter R represents the color marking red.

    The letter W represents the color marking white.

    The letter V represents the color marking violet.

  3. Read the assignment letters of the lower crankshaft bearing shells (3) from the crankshaft journal (4).

    IMPORTANT The location of the assignment letters matches the sequence of the crankshaft bearing points.

  4. Assign the matching lower crankshaft bearing shells (3) using the identified assignment letters.

    IMPORTANT The color coding of the lower crankshaft bearing shells (3) has been attached on the side (arrow C).
