Remove/Install Front Fenders - AR88.10-P-1000LW

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Unclip wheel arch liner from front bumper (8) Model 253
Model 293
AR88.80-P-0005LWG 
    Model 213.2 with code M035 (All road version) AR88.80-P-0005LWT
    When replacing fender (1)
↓
Install new wheel arch liner.
 
2 Remove longitudinal member panel Model 205 AR88.80-P-6000LW
    Model 213 AR88.80-P-6000LWE
    Model 253

IMPORTANTInstallation:  Reinstall longitudinal member paneling only after adjusting fender (1).

3 Remove screw (5) IMPORTANT Front door not completely open.
IMPORTANTInstallation:  Screw in bolt (5) only to stop.
It is screwed in after adjusting fender (1).
 
4 Remove bolt (6) When removing left fender (1).
IMPORTANT Front door not completely open.
IMPORTANTInstallation:  Screw in screw (6) only until i makes contact. It is screwed in after adjusting fender (1).
 
5.1 Detach drip rail (3) in area of fender (1) Model 205, 213, 238  
5.2 Remove drip rail (3) Model 253, 293 AR88.80-P-4000LW 
6.1 Unscrew bolt (2) Model 205, 253, 293
IMPORTANTInstallation:  Screw in screw (2) only up to end stop. It is screwed in after adjusting fender (1).
 
6.2 Remove screw (15) Model 213, 238
IMPORTANT Front door not completely open. Bolt (15) is located behind cover (4).
IMPORTANTInstallation:  Screw in screw (15) only up to end stop. It is screwed in after adjusting fender (1).
 
7 Detach fender liner (10) until bolts (9) are accessible Model 205, 253

8 Remove screw/bolts (9)    
9 Unscrew nuts (11) IMPORTANTInstallation:  Unscrew nuts (11) only until end stop. They are tightened after adjusting fender (1).  
10 Remove screws (7) IMPORTANTInstallation:  Screw in nuts (7) only to stop They are tightened after adjusting fender (1).  
11 Mask front door, A-pillar and front bumper (8) in area of fender (1) with suitable felt strips Felt strip *BR00.45-Z-1150-02A 
12 Move fender (1) out from behind front bumper (8) together with shackle    
13 Unhook fender (1) at bottom from threaded pins on nuts (11)    
14.1 Push fender (1) toward rear against brackets (12) and remove to side When removing left fender (1).
IMPORTANTInstallation:  Insert fender (1) between bracket (12) and windshield washer system reservoir (13).
 
14.2 Remove fender (1) to side When removing right fender (1).  
15 Remove plug (14) and remove cover (4) from fender (1) When replacing to (1).

16 Install in the reverse order    
  Adjust     
17 Adjust fender (1), tighten screws (5, 6, 7) and nuts (11) Model 205, 253
