The bonding area must be free of dust and grease. Otherwise the adhesive force of the adhesive material starts to decrease.
- Uniformly apply adhesive material (1) to rear window (4).
Install rear window (4) within 10 min after applying adhesive material (1).
Otherwise the adhesive force of the adhesive material (1) starts to decrease.
The height of the adhesive bead must be approx. 13 mm.
- Completely press out adhesive material (1) not required and dispose of.
adapter to completely press out 1-component adhesive. Insert between cartridge piston and plate on push rod of squeeze gun.
