Remove/Install Oil Separator On Crankcase - AR01.20-P-9692MRA

Do not fill engine oil into beverage containers.

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Perform power disconnect of high-voltage on-board electrical system. Engine 274.9 in model 205.047/147/247

2 Remove left front engine carrier.   AR22.10-P-4325LWA
3 Remove full load crankcase ventilation system (3) from bottom oil separator (2).   AR01.20-P-0002MRA 
4 Remove screws (2s) and take bottom oil separator (2) off crankcase and remove. INSTALLATION IMPORTANT : Replace seal.
TORQUE SPECIFICATION Bolt, oil separator to crankcase

5 Install in the reverse order.    
WARNING Risk of burn injuries  , suffocation and poisoning when working on the exhaust system and the components connected to it. Risk of suffocation and risk of poisoning caused by inhalation of gaseous and solid components of the exhaust. Risk of poisoning  caused by skin contact with solid components of the exhaust. Wear protective clothing and safety glasses.
Use the extraction system. Move people out of the hazard area.

WARNING Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running. Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts. AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
6 Perform engine test run. While doing so, check engine for proper operation and leak tightness.
