Remove/Install Retaining Lock For Crankshaft/Ring Gear - AR03.30-P-5000MFG

Deburr repair panels.

INSTALLING Install     
1 Remove transmission. Engine 139 in model 118, 177, 247 with transmission 724.1 AR27.10-P-0009MFA
2 Check toothing of ring gear at flywheel for wear and damage. If there are problems:

Replace flywheel.
AR03.30-P-8001MFG 
3 Insert retaining lock (1) in crankcase until this engages in starter ring gear and then secure via screws. SPECIAL TOOL Retaining lock Fig 1
REMOVING Remove     
4 Remove fixing bolts and remove retaining lock (1). SPECIAL TOOL Retaining lock Fig 1
5 Install transmission. Engine 139 in model 118, 177, 247 with transmission 724.1 AR27.10-P-0009MFA
