| 2 | Close compressed air valve of the assembly device (01) and disconnect compressed-air hose from assembly device (01). | Fig 1 | |
| 3 | Remove cylinder head (1) from assembly device (01) and remove valves (6). | Fig 1 | |

| 4 | Check valve stems for formation of burrs and pitting. | If ridging is present, ↓ Deburr valve stems. If pitting is present, ↓ Replace valves (6). |
