	Disassemble
1	Disassemble transmission and remove clutch housing (27K).		AR27.10-P-0510MFA
2	Remove radial shaft sealing rings from axle shafts.		AR27.40-P-0211MFA
3	Remove tapered roller bearing outer race (52L) of differential.		AR27.40-P-0520-01MFA

4	Remove dual clutch oil duct seal (4).
5	Use suitable tool to remove retaining ring (adjusting ring) (5) from coupling housing (27K).
6	Press deep-groove ball bearing hollow shaft (6) out of coupling housing (27K).	Replace hollow shaft deep-groove ball bearing (6) after every removal Drift	Fig 2
7	Remove oil pipe (7) from coupling housing (27K).
	Check
8	Check dual clutch oil duct seal (4) and oil pipe (7) for damage.	If dual clutch oil duct seal (4) or oil pipe (7) is damaged ↓ Replace dual clutch oil duct seal (4) or oil pipe (7).
	Assemble
9	Moisten all parts with transmission oil before installation.

	Measure
10	Measure and adjust end play of hollow shaft deep-groove ball bearing (6).	Commercially available devices/tools Digital vernier caliper	AR27.50-P-0650-03MFA

11	Press hollow shaft deep-groove ball bearing (6) into coupling housing (27K).	Replace hollow shaft deep-groove ball bearing (6) after every removal Drift	Fig 5
12	Use suitable tool to install determined retaining ring (5) into coupling housing (27K).	Replace retaining ring (5) after each removal.
13	Attach oil pipe (7) to coupling housing (27K).	Screw, oil pipe to coupling housing	*BA27.10-P-1012-06C
14	Install dual clutch oil duct seal (4).
15	Install tapered roller bearing outer race (52L) of differential.	Replace tapered roller bearing outer race (52L) after each removal.	AR27.40-P-0520-02MFA
