| 15 | Remove supporting joint from steering knuckle (1). | ||
| 16 | Release front axle shaft (10) from wheel hub (11). | Do not knock seized front axle shaft (10) out of wheel hub (11). Otherwise, the angular-contact ball bearing will be damaged. If the front axle shaft (10) is seized ↓ press front axle shaft (10) out of wheel hub (11). |

| 18 | Pull front axle shaft (10) out of wheel hub (11), place to one side and fix in place. | Do not pull front axle shaft (10) too far out of the inner constant velocity joint. Otherwise, the inner constant velocity joint will be damaged. |
