The sealant must only be applied to specified surfaces in the form of a bead with a height and width of 1.3 mm (±0.2 mm).
The sealing surfaces must be cleaned.
Do not spread the sealant bead.
Only use sealant listed in repair materials.
Install timing case cover within a period of 10 minutes after application of the sealant.

General information:
- The sealing surface must be:
- Free of anticorrosion agents
- Free of machining residue
- Dry
- Oil and grease-free
- Dust-free
- The sealing surface must be flat (replace bent components).
- The line denotes the sealant path.
- The sealant bead must not be interrupted during application.
- The sealant bead must not be spread.
- Assembly part temperature: min. +7°C to max. +25°C
- Sealant temperature: min. +7°C to max. +25°C
- Maximum assembly time: 13 minutes
- The sealant must be applied only to the specified surfaces in the shape of a bead with a diameter of 2 mm (+0.5 mm).
In the area marked with (arrow A), the bead must be applied with a diameter of 4 mm with a smooth transition to 2 mm.
- Nozzle diameter: 1.5 mm
