Remove/Install Rear Door Side Window - AR67.30-P-0006MFC

	Risk of injury caused by fingers being jammed or pinched when removing, installing or aligning hoods, doors, trunk lid/rear-end door or sliding roof.	No parts of the body or limbs should be within the operating area when the components are moving.	AS00.00-Z-0011-01A
	Remove
1	Stick tape (1) on side window as shown, such that it is flush with the sealing rail.	When reusing side window.
2	Remove sealing rail (2).	Do not stretch or kink lines. This will result in damage to the lines which may impair their functional capability. Remove door trim with electrical connectors attached.	AR72.10-P-1610MFC
3	Remove covers (3).
4	Unscrew bolt (4).
5	Loosen bolt (5).
6	Remove side window from rear door.
7	Unclip bracket at side window and remove.	When replacing side window.
	Install
8	Install bracket on side window.	When replacing side window.
9	Insert side window into window channel.
10	Tighten screws (4, 5) lightly by hand.	Screws (4, 5) are tightened after adjustment of side window.
11	Install sealing rail (2).	: Do not install door trim until after the adjustment work is complete.	AR72.10-P-1610MFC
12	Adjust the side window.		AR67.30-P-0016MFC
13	Remove tape (1).	When reusing side window.
