Remove/Install Radiator - AR20.20-P-3865MFG

WARNING Risk of injury  to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolantspray. Risk of poisoning  from swallowing coolant. Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the overpressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.
Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.

CAUTION Risk of injury  caused by scraping or cutting body parts on sharp vehicle parts Always wear protective gloves when working on or near sharp and non-deburred vehicle parts.
Deburr repair panels.

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Remove the low-temperature cooling system.   AR09.41-P-6936MFG
2 Remove air filter housing.   AR09.10-P-1150MFG
3 Remove the condenser.   AR83.30-P-6540MFG
4 Remove additional cooler. IMPORTANT Do not separate lines. AR20.20-P-3866MFG 
5 Unscrew screws (9) and remove brackets (10) from front module (11).    
6 Remove coolant lines (12, 13) and bleed line (14) from radiator (2) and seal with suitable protective covers and stop plugs.   AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ

7 Unscrew screws (16) and remove refrigerant line (15) from radiator (2). TORQUE SPECIFICATION M6x1 *BA00.10-P-1002-04A 
8 Push radiator (2) out of front module (11). NOTES
Carefully push radiator (2) out of front module (11).
Radiator (2) will otherwise be damaged.
 
9 Remove radiator (2) upwards out of elastomer bearings (4).    
10 Pull radiator (2) forwards until refrigerant line (17) can be accessed. NOTES
Do not kink or subject refrigerant line (17) to tension.
Refrigerant line (17) will otherwise be damaged.
IMPORTANT Aid of helper required.
 
11 Unscrew screw (18) and remove refrigerant line (17) from radiator (2). TORQUE SPECIFICATION M6x1 *BA00.10-P-1002-04A 
12 Remove radiator (2) with high temperature radiator (1). IMPORTANT Aid of helper required.  
13 Remove high temperature radiator (1) from radiator (2).   AR20.20-P-3863MFG 
14 Check cooler (2) for damage. If there are problems:

replace the radiator (2).
 
15 Check elastomer bearings (4) for damage. If there are problems:

Replace elastomer bearing (4).
 
16 Install in the reverse order.    
METRIC SCREWS/BOLTS AND NUTS AS PER MBN 10 105, 10 143
